Full of life in six years
During the last year of his life, Travone Mister Jr accomplished many things. TJ was going into the gifted program in the fall of 2022. He had recently received the next belt for his Absolute Martial Arts karate class and was moving to a more advanced swimming class at Goldfish Swim School. He was bright, fun, and joyful - the best son one could ask for, but needless tragedy struck and ended his life and destroyed our family.

The video you see below was the last video we have of TJ alive, since seven hours later, he was pronounced dead at St. Louis Cardinal Glennon hospital.

On July 20th, Travone Mister Jr was dropped off at a Saint Louis County summer camp. His parents trusted Kennedy Recreation center, where the children would be watched and should be within reach of a counselor and lifeguard.
That afternoon TJ Mister drowned during camp in a tragic event that shook the community.
